AFFORDABLE HOUSING | Namibia

In collaboration with GRAFT, we designed a housing model that aligns with the trends of affordable and sustainable development in Namibia. Our approach focuses on reducing construction costs while providing a framework for future growth and activity within new neighborhoods. Key design elements include densification, mixed-use spaces, and incremental housing. By integrating these elements and considering Namibia’s climate, we have created an urban landscape that is as vibrant and inviting as the community it fosters.
